Office Manager

Adriana is our Office Manager at SERVPRO® of North Bethesda, bringing two years of hard work and commitment to our team. Adriana's dedication ensures smooth operations which makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Outside the office, Adriana finds joy in spending time with her beloved friends and family. She's also a dog parent to Chewie and has a passion for exploring new destinations through travel.

Job File Coordinator

Meet Isaiah, our Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO® of North Bethesda. With a year of dedicated service under his belt, Isaiah brings an eye for detail and a passion for excellence to his role.

Outside of work, you can often find him lost in the pages of a good book, indulging his love for reading. Isaiah's commitment to his work makes him an essential part of our team, ensuring that every job is handled with precision and care.

Marco de Souza

Construction Coordinator

Marco joined our team in May of 2024. He has enjoyed working with our construction team at SERVPRO® of North Bethesda as the Construction Coordinator where his job is to help obtain leads and work to grow and support our team. His day-to-day usually consists of answering emails, scheduling reconstruction appointments, supporting his team, and even stepping outside and occasionally assisting with the collection and final project walkthroughs.

Marco enjoys working out after work and spending time with his kids on the weekends. He's also a fan of following NFL, NBA, and MMA as a way to unwind.

Bob Gorman

Job File Coordinator

Bob joined the team in 2024. Although his tenure is not as long as others, he has accomplished some very exciting and thrilling projects with the team so far. One of his favorites was the Waynesboro, Virginia storm event after Hurricane Helene. At that time, he had never done travel work for a remediation company and it was something he looked forward to assisting with.

“We helped countless people in need, some had 2 inches of water in their basement while others had over 3 feet! It was truly a humbling experience. Every employee of SERVPRO® of North Bethesda was ready to help during that time of need, which is a fantastic culture to be a part of.”

Bob’s role as Job File Coordinator means that he wears many hats. From answering the phones, communicating with insurance agents regarding future, current, and past projects, dispatching crews to emergency jobs, cultivating estimates with field-provided documentation & IICRC guidelines, as well as, making site visits, and much more. In his downtime, Bob likes to relax with family and friends, and play video games, and soccer. Weather permitting, he enjoys hiking, camping, shooting, boating, and anything that involves being outdoors.

Parker Foy

Construction Manager

Parker started as a superintendent with SERVPRO® of North Bethesda in early 2024 and was promoted to Construction Manager later the same year. He oversees the reconstruction department from start to finish including insurance claim settlement, estimate writing, pre-construction planning, subcontractor agreements, and customer service. His days are mostly spent focusing on helping customers settle insurance claims, but he also helps with the construction operations and supervises as needed.

Before SERVPRO Parker worked a lot of different trades (plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, and framing) and helped run his family’s general contracting business in Kentucky. Since then, he has lived and worked in Sierra Leone, Los Angeles, and Amsterdam.

Parker is married and in his free time he enjoys watching sports, lifting weights, making BBQ, reading, and working on his house.
